1. Base cabinets are Conventional Steel.

6. The Laboratory services include Hot water, Cold water, Natural Gas, Lab Grade Compressed Air at 15 psig.

7. Emergency Shower and Eyewash units (ES/EW) deluge type shower with pull on-push off control valve. Eyewash units are barrier free, wall mounted, and swing down eye/face wash units recessed in wall mounted stainless steel cabinet.

8. Overhead service carriers (include six foot movables tables below) with Lab Air and Natural Gas service.

9. Fume Hoods (Chemical) ventilated enclosure to capture and confine fumes, vapors and particulate produced or generated within the enclosure. Sash is a combination horizontal sliding and vertical rising unit.

 

Below details shared facility rooms available for tenants within The Accelerator. These facilities are available to tenants within The Accelerator, as defined by tenant’s lease, and will be managed and maintained by the Building Manager of The Accelerator.
